I enjoyed the comfortableness of the couple and the contrast between their facial expressions.

The uncluttered wall in the background kept me focused, which was very interesting.
For me it created a relaxed intenseness within a 3-point attention grabber - man/woman/glass.
At least until the third party entered the scene (dressed to kill) ha, ha.
